Eli Yakuel

Mr. Yakuel received his degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion in Haifa and his MBA from Tel-Aviv University. He served in various posts in the Israeli Government for 25 years, including a four-year tenure as Counselor at the Israeli embassy in Japan. Eli received the highest technical reward given by the Ministry of Defense. Prior to co-founding AsiaGate, he has worked for three years as an independent business consultant, promoting business contacts between Israeli hi-tech companies and Asian and Japanese companies. Mr. Yakuel is a board member of several public Israeli companies. |

Ms. Kyoko (Kay) Tochimoto is partner in Asia Gate. She supports Asia Gate's business activities from its inception back in 1999. Ms. Tochimoto is well-known figure within the business and the IT community in Japan, she was one of the three founders of Takachiho- Koheki (TK), currently traded in Tokyo 1st stock exchange. Ms. Tochimoto is investing into US and Israeli start-up high-tech companies, she visits Israel frequently. In 2005 she received a special award from the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Commerce for her special contribution to the economic relations of the two countries. |

Chanan Zabar

Mr. Zabar brings with him a wealth of practical experience as an electronic engineer and procurement officer. Mr. Zabar worked at Motorola Israel and then served for over 25 years the Israeli government at a variety of positions, primarily in research, development, and purchasing. Recently he worked for 4 years in Germany. His profoessional fileds include communications, wireless communications (RF), system final testing and analog design. |

Jonathan Goldstein brings a wealth of experience in the analysis and business management side of medical high-tech businesses. Having worked as SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Shell Oil Consulting division, Jonathan worked as an information and strategy consultant at Metapraxis in London, advising Directors at blue-chip companies such as Unilever, Kleinwort Benson and S.G. Warburg. Since moving to Israel in 1995, he has been focused on medical and technology startup companies, initially as an analyst for one of Israel's key hi-tech investment banks, and then as a senior Business Development Executive in some of Israel's finest medical companies. Jonathan received his M.B.A. at Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine of The University of London. |
